ANNUAL PLAN

An annual training plan is personalized and depends on a lot of things e.g. time, goal, fitness etc. That is why we need you to fill in our application form before we can make a training plan for you. When you submit to our program we will carefully analyze your form and start to make an annual plan. When we train we have a purpose. For some athletes it can be to lose weight or to do a century ride and for others their goal can be to win an Olympic gold medal. Fill in the form, be honest and don't overestimate yourself (set goals you can accomplish). Think about this season but also about next season and about your long-term goals (2 to 4 years). A goal is something that you can and will re-adjust in time.

Making a annual plan we devide the training year into four-weeks cycles. That way we can use all the principles as we described above, frequency, intensity and duration. In this chapter you will find an example training schedule for a middle of the pack triathlete who is training for an Ironman race.
