Janie Glos
    Janie Glos 38 years, married, and living in Texas. Is practising triathlon now for 4 years and before that practically inactive in sports. Like most triathlets saw Ironman Hawaii and thought, "If I just could do this" and started her first sprint triathlon in the heat of Texas.
"I met Frank several years ago and he has helped me take my triathlons to an entirely new level. When I first met him I was in a complete state of fatigue due to over-training. Since that time he has helped me complete three half-Ironmans and one full Ironman. His advice and caring manner have helped me achieve results I never thought possible."
