Terry Burt
Terry is 32 years, married, and expecting his first child. He is an airline pilot in Canada, Always kind of involved in sports but no history of high-level competition. During high school he was in the swimming team. Always tries to get his workouts done between the flights in Hotels or in his spare time. A short background of triathlon (1 year) and before that some recreational runs (up to a half marathon).
STAP and Frank Senders were invaluable in getting me to my goal of finishing Ironman Florida 2000. I was rather new to the sport of triathlon (1 year) when I started working with Frank, so I had a very limited knowledge of how to train for a long distance triathlon. Frank's extensive Ironman training and racing background combined with his education in exercise physiology helped me get to the starting line of Ironman fit and healthy. Based on my athletic background and spare time to train he made up a training schedule that would prepare me to reach my goal of a 12-14 hour Ironman. Thanks to Frank I crossed the finishline in a time of 12:48:52.

I not only consider Frank my coach, but also a good friend.
