What will separate Stapsport from its competitors, is the high level of individual service that every athlete will receive from Coach Frank. The science and education that he applies to every athlete whether first place or last place is exactly the same. After receiving the Stapsport service, it will be evident why so many athletes are giving Testimonials to their personal success and satisfaction achieved through Stapsport and Coach Frank.

He was born in Honolulu, grew up in Kentucky, graduating for the University of Kentucky. He spent eight years in the service as a Naval Aviator. He has been a recreational runner for about 15 years and participating in triathlon for nine of those years.
When I was asked to give my opinion of Frank Senders and StapSport, I was more than happy to respond. I am just an average (on a good day!) slightly past middle age triathlete. Having been involved in the sport for nine years, my participation has been because of the fun and lifestyle derived from training and competition. However, the inner American male in all of us pushes and drives us to improve and search for newer and better training methods and gear. The result with me was inconsistency, stagnation, and injury.

Training hard and long without the desired results began to take away the fun of the sport. A friend of mine with significantly more talent and potential had been on Frank's program for several years, and he had shown remarkable improvement and progress. Just as importantly, he always seemed to have a game plan, a sense of purpose and a feeling of accomplishment. That was exactly what I was missing as I tried everything new and grabbed at whatever training fit the day.

I contacted Frank, and quickly explained that he would never see my name in lights or glossy print, but he was eager to help regardless of my "back of the pack" credentials. After a thorough interview and assessment of my goals, training level, and limitations including job, family, and physical, he sent me my first three week training schedule. I immediately found a 'virtual training partner'.

Each week and every day has a plan that pulls you along, and gives you a real sense of productive accomplishment when completed. Frank continuously assesses your progress and adjusts to the inevitable changes required by the non-triathlon parts of your real life. He is always accessible by email, with prompt answers to your questions that are specific to your training, not somebody else's. The program has allowed me to greatly increase my training for a half-ironman without feeling that residual fatigue that comes from an unstructured approach, and most importantly, remain injury free!

I think Frank's program is the best ste p that I have taken to improve as a triathlete. It is personal, affordable, and effective. George Skonberg
